Greetings!
Thanks for stopping by! My name is Jannik. I'm a philosopher and classicists by training but I am also *very* fond of photography! I live with my wife, Julie, and our two kids, Sikker and Kirstine, in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Most of the images here are from that city - where I have been living since October 1965 when I was 7 months old! Although I've been in love with photography for as long as I can remember, I only got a digital camera, when my wife and I had our first child in August 2002. For that reason and a lot of others quite a few of the images here are family pictures :-) I started out with a Canon PowerShot A40, then upgraded to an A80 and finally jumped to a Konica Minolta Dimage A200 when we had our next child :-) With that camera I managed to avoid the jump to dSLR for more than a year! Eventually, I gave in and I now shoot almost exclusively with a Konica Minolta Dynax 5D.
Feel free to post a comment on what works - or doesn't work - for you in my pictures (either by adding a comment or by sending an email to: smug at moseand.com).
Occasionally, I write a little more about my images on my
blog.
